We have both existing deal flow to work on and opportunities to initiate new business.
Candidates should have a proven record of initiating, facilitating and closing transactions between business owners and buyers. A working knowledge of financial statements and superior oral and communication skills are required. The ability to work independently with focused and persistent effort is also necessary. Ideal candidates would include individuals who are retired or semi-retired from careers as M&A professionals (including M&A attorneys), corporate CEOs, CFOs and corporate or business development officers. Our organization provides the clients, research, acquisition targets, unparalleled support and services to ensure the success of our team. In addition, our infrastructure and systems enable deal professionals to work from remote locations.
