Lead Colonial’s Internal Audit function. Functionally reports to the Chair of the Audit Committee. Administratively reports to the Vice President and General Counsel. Based on Enterprise and Compliance risks, establishes the annual audit program for the department.
Conducts daily work in compliance with Colonial’s safety policies and procedures. Demonstrates Colonial’s core values of Safety, Personal Integrity, Respect, Innovation and Teamwork in completing work assignments.

Participate in the performance of audits. 40%
Develop annual plan of audits based on enterprise and compliance risk. 15%
Design audit programs. 5%
Manage audits. 10%
Review and edit audit reports as needed. 5% Report results to senior leadership and the Board. 5% Develop annual budget and control the budget for the department. 10% Recruit, manage and develop audit staff. 10%

Minimum Required Bachelor’s Degree 10 years Internal audit experience to include management experience.
