Future Benefits Corporation is looking for the right person to join its entrepreneurial wealth management and financial planning team. The Senior Client Service Associate will take ownership of all aspects of the client's experience with the firm, ensuring exceptional service and a transformational impact.
Handle all client service activities including account openings, asset transfers and paperwork mailings.
Facilitate scheduling, preparation and follow-up for client and prospect meetings.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures for client service related work.
Answer, screen and route inbound office calls, eventually being the person clients request when calling.
Greet visitors to the office, expressing positive energy and engaging in welcoming conversation.
Perform various administrative tasks such as daily mail retrieval and processing, file organization, office common area upkeep, supply ordering, document scanning and compliance task facilitation.
Support marketing and business development by assisting with execution of campaigns and events.
You are proven to be proactive in anticipating potential needs.
You are comfortable discerning appropriate actions when information is not entirely complete.
You are naturally outgoing and will enjoy daily interaction with clients and prospects.
You have genuine care for the company you work for, the team you work with and the people you serve.

Your written work, such as emails and letters, exhibit professionalism and an attention to detail.

You have several years of industry experience servicing investment accounts and interacting with clients.
You have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
