The purpose of this role is to serve as the primary preparation and support resource to multiple Wealth Advisor teams. This position will be physically located in one of our offices and provide a shared service to all CCM offices, across multiple geographic locations and act as an essential link between the Advisors and internal support functions.
Has primary responsibility for all preparation for client meetings, including paperwork preparation, and preparing presentation materials
Prepares and delivers correspondence and other client communication
Responsible for compiling, entering and regularly auditing all CRM-related data and tasks
Assist Advisors with several important elements of the financial planning process, including, and not limited to:
Collecting all required data from current or prospective client, including assets, liabilities, insurance policies, estate documents, and tax returns
Creating net worth statements by inputting collected data into pre-existing templates
Inputting retirement planning information into planning software
Summarizing key components of life, disability, and long-term insurance policies
Summarizing key components of educational plans, such as 529 plans, education savings accounts, and custodial accounts
Work collaboratively with Advisors throughout the planning process to ensure that comprehensive financial plans are completed accurately and promptly
Aid Advisors in portfolio management, including scheduling review meetings, working with client support team to complete recurring tasks and maintaining inter-team communication regarding changes to existing and new client statuses
Work proactively in all facets of the role, consistently seeking out new opportunities to assist Advisors in planning more effectively, maximizing data, defining best practices and identifying high-impact activities
Responsible for full functionality and manipulation of software packages, reporting packages, and technology applications
College degree in business administration, finance or related field preferred
Proven experience working in client support, portfolio management, relationship management or paraplanner role, preferred within the financial services industry
Keen attention to detail and highly developed analytical skills
Proven ability to prioritize, self-manage and proactively solve problems
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products and client relationship management (CRM) software (Salesforce preferred)
