The Associate Wealth Advisor is an integral part of the organization. With financial planning and client servicing responsibility for the firm’s small to mid-size clients, the Associate Wealth Advisor is able to build an excellent business for themselves while allowing the Senior Wealth Advisor to focus on the more complex client situations.
Responsibilities & Activities:
Develops, services, and delivers error-free financial planning to clients of SWP
Assists in research & development (seminar development, content and news commentaries, monthly market updates, etc.)
Assists in developing client event presentations
Follows up on firm-generated leads (TV show call-ins, Seminars, Online lead generation, Book leads, etc.)
Adds qualified personal contacts to future client database by engaging with content and getting them involved in the SWP development system
Develops and maintains written systems of all their activities
Writes down 6 Most Important and prioritizes them each day before leaving office
Assists management as needed
Excellent interpersonal skills
