Successful and growing wealth management firm seeks a Financial Planning Associate/Client Relationship Manager to join their established team. This team member will be responsible for all aspects of client servicing and financial planning. This position provides analytical and support functions such as client management, portfolio analysis, investment research, financial planning, preparing investment and client reports, account creation and accounting maintenance and reconciliation. The candidate will be a key member of our team supporting day to day operations of the firm and assisting in the development of new initiatives.
Financial planning support
Monitor and report trades
Maintain the CRM data base
Provide client services support including account applications and money transfers
Other office duties to include income and expense recording and special projects
Requirements and Qualifications:
A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
The desire and ability to work successfully in a small company environment
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a preferred major in accounting, economics, mathematics, finance or marketing
Minimum of 3 years in investment management and/or financial advisory services servicing high net worth individuals
CFP or working towards a CFP is strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
Knowledge of Tamarac Advisor View, Rebalancer and CRM is desirable but not essential
