As a key member of the CBC-North (“CBC-N”) leadership team, the Division Controller will partner with the IMT President, the CBC Director of Finance, Controller, and other members of management to successfully lead and profitably grow the business units in the division. The Division Controller will be a culture leader, working with management and team members to ensure a high level of performance, achievement of goals, and quality results.
