Network for Oregon Affordable Housing is a statewide CDFI and non-profit corporation formed by a group of community minded Oregon Banks to provide financial and technical assistance for the development and preservation of affordable housing. NOAH brings expertise and resources together to ensure that safe, quality housing is available to low-income and special needs people across the state. NOAH administers and is responsible for approximately $250 million of lending capital.
