Job Description This position will provide exceptional service to clients, referral partners, and prospective clients while also helping the firm grow and evolve. Primary Responsibilities Conduct client reviews on annual/semi-annual basis Review portfolios, make recommendations, address concerns and answer other investment related questions Address items such as: personal information updates, RMD’s, savings/distribution programs, account beneficiaries, financial goals and upcoming needs Research complex situations, set client expectations, and define the actions necessary to resolve inquiries in a timely manner Help grow business from existing clients, referrals, and prospects
