We are very excited to announce we are adding a new team member to our Accounting & Finance Department. We are currently hiring for a Controller to work at of our Corporate Office in Glendale Heights. This is a newly created position due to growth. The Controller will serve as the trusted advisor to the CFO and be responsible for the preparation and publication of financial statements and oversite of the monthly close process. The Controller will also manager our Staff Accountant. Below is a summary of some of the key responsibilities:

Manage accounting operations including A/P, GL, Fixed Assets, and Revenue Recognition.
Set goals and objectives for department; work with direct report(s) to achieve targets while measuring and managing performance.
Provide coaching and mentoring to team in effort to develop staff.
Maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures; implements a system of controls over accounting transactions to minimize risk.
Assist in cash and financial forecasting and annual budget process.
Perform analysis on operating results, comparing against budget and prior periods.
Recommend benchmarks that will be used to measure the company’s performance.
Provide financial analysis, with emphasis on capital investments and other large purchases.
Partner with our external auditor to deliver the year-end financial statement audit, facilitating a timely and successful audit.
Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Accounting or Finance, CPA or MBA is a plus.
7+ years of accounting experience, including previous managerial responsibilities.
