PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Proactively communicates with customers and employees to resolve informational needs relating to the payment of invoices and administers digitization of customer credit files. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Regularly reviews open invoice reports and reach out to customers to insure information is available for them to make payments and follow up on conversations to insure payment is received. Administers and maintains customer files including digitization efforts, updating of forms and contact information.
