Salary Range: $124,180 to $151,617
Job Location: Wilsonville, Oregon, a few days each month; during onboarding and training, you may work more than a few days each month, in the Office. When you are not required to work in the Office, you may work remote from your Oregon residence.

General Position Summary:
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller performs professional accounting work and supervises finance staff who are engaged in all facets of accounting operations.
The Controller works to ensure that all financial information produced by CIS is accurate and complies with ongoing and changing requirements. Employee will have hands-on responsibility for preparing annual audited financial reports in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and following Government Accounting Standards Board (GASB) pronouncements. Employee will prepare and provide guidance to others in preparation of general ledger and other transactions. Employee will prepare or oversee preparation of quarterly financial statements for multiple programs in agreement with GASB or Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) as required. Employee will conduct research and implement new initiatives as needed and ensure the organization complies with all relevant laws and regulations. Employee will provide mentorship to other staff and guide them in these efforts.
