This is a responsible hands-on professional, administrative and management level position in planning, directing, implementing, organizing, and coordinating financial accounting and related fiscal services for St. Petersburg’s City Development Administration (CDA) and its seven departments. The CDA Finance Manager is also active in evaluating, analyzing, and monitoring fiscal and other elements of major economic development projects and professional sports stadium construction and operations activities. Work may include managing and supervising staff assignments including the selec­tion, placement, promotion, safety, appraisal, training, and discipline of assigned staff.
