Analyst will be required to perform business valuations of privately held companies under supervision.  Job duties include keeping control of receipt of documents and filing them according to prescribed requirements, preparing valuation models, accessing data and research on the internet, completing valuation adjustments, participating in management interviews and writing valuation reports.  Intermediate Excel and Word skills required.
