Roles: Your primary role will be to ensure that every client who contacts us feels like they are an extremely important client and that we will do everything we can to help them achieve their goals or solve their problems, which often requires perseverance and searching for creative solutions.  You will handle some of these service requests yourself, and for some you will have to coordinate with others.
