Your Role & Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will:
- Manage and grow a book of high-net-worth clients provided by the firm
- Lead comprehensive financial planning engagements
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients and prospects
- Partner closely with operations and support staff to deliver a seamless client experience
- Identify additional planning opportunities within existing client relationships
- Participate in some business development, though the role is primarily inbound/seeded
- Uphold the firm’s high standards for execution, accuracy, and responsiveness
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of industry experience as a Financial Advisor
- CFP® Designation (required)
- Strong experience working with HNW clients
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage complexity while delivering a white-glove client experience
- Cultural alignment: collaborative, accountable, client-first mindset
