  • Develop and present comprehensive financial plans, covering investment analysis, retirement projections, tax planning, and more.
  • Work closely with advisors to prepare for client meetings and provide strategic insights.
  • Stay informed on financial planning trends and industry best practices.
  • Foster strong relationships with advisors and clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify additional planning opportunities, including high-net-worth services and tax strategies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance guidelines.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and education.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Psychology, or related experience.
  • CFP® certification required.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, specializing in financial planning.
  • Strong knowledge of retirement strategies, wealth management, and risk assessment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms (preferably Redtail), and financial planning software (E-Money, Holistiplan).
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues.
