About Us
Rope Financial is a fee-only wealth management firm offering financial planning, with the ability to coordinate the services of all specialized financial professionals in our clients’ lives – including estate planners, legal, and tax advisors – with investment management services. Our mission is to help our clients understand and manage their finances while designing a long-term plan so they can achieve their personal goals.
The team provides comprehensive financial planning services to a select group of clients, primary couples and families. The team is led by Rick Ropelewski, CFP®, MBA and Tom Lally, CFP®.
This role will be involved with all aspects of a comprehensive financial planning team. The primary objective is to ensure that our clients receive the best possible advice, great service, and an overall elevated experience with our team. The ideal candidate will have financial planning experience as either a lead or associate planner, with the goal of helping the team continue to improve and grow.

The position will include some administrative and operational activities, but will primarily center around detailed financial planning and direct interaction with clients. This would be an ideal fit for someone with experience in the industry who is excited to become a pivotal part of a small team as it continues to grow. This is not a sales or business development role.
