Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Financial Planning Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a clear path to professional growth within the firm. 

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial advisors in preparing client financial plans, investment proposals, and reports
• Assist in client onboarding, account maintenance, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on client service needs
• Participate in client meetings and provide follow-up support as needed

Qualifications

• Required Licensure: Series 7, Series 63 and 65, or Series 66
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
